🛀Evening improvisation. I filled the bathtub with water and went there, taking my camera with me. I did 2 small breath holds, blew bubbles and at the end said a couple of phrases underwater. Enjoy watching! #underwater

Balloon challenge 🎈😉 Do a breath hold full lung. Exhale and then inhale from the balloon and hold again. Do this until the balloon is empty. I’ve done 2 attempts (4:44, 7:09)
