Had my 6 month follow up with the doctor and he showed me what exactly is in my back now. This model shows 3 levels, but I have 5 levels so I have quite a bit more than this. I do NOT have the bar that connects the two sides together though. I have 2 rods, 10 screws, and 10 screw caps. I had no idea how massive these parts were by looking at my x-rays but seeing them in person and being able to touch them was a real eye opener. So don't get all butt hurt when I tell you that I can't bend or twist a certain way. There's a very good reason I can't do all the things I used to be able to do.
