It felt SO GOOD to hike on a trail and soak in the diverse beauty of the jungle. I’ve been working non-stop the past few months, and not taking enough time to enjoy the present moment, which is so antithetical to everything I preach. I know many of you know what that feels like, to be in an endless cycle of work. May this video serve as a reminder to you and I both, to take time OFTEN to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Nature is always my refuge for a proper mental reset. What’s yours?
