A Guide to Finding Motivation 1. Just start - It can be difficult to get out of the procrastination cycle, but I like to tell myself "Okay, I will just work on the task for 10 minutes and then decide if I want to continue." I always want to continue 😉 it's a little trick for your mind. 2. Positive Thinking - Get into the habit of thinking positive. If something is difficult, try to think of the bright-side. I know, easier said than done! Positive thinking is very important for both your mind and your health. 3. Be kind to yourself - You can't get away from yourself, so learn who you are and grow to enjoy your own company and find value in who you truly are. 4. Feel a sense of gratitude - Even if you take two minutes to look up at the sky, enjoy the different colors of the flowers, or seeing a friend. Finding gratitude in the small things is what makes life enjoyable. Meditation is a great way to finding a moment of gratitude every day. 5. Reduce your to-do list - life can get hectic. Prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. 6. Make your goals exciting - I love to making goal boards to help me visualize my goals and it keeps me excited to achieve them!
