You pick up the workout video and film yourselves doing it. If you do the whole workout from start to finish WITHOUT taking any breaks, I will give you an entire month of content for free. This includes all of the premium content that I don't release for long periods of time. If you film yourself doing the workout and you DO take breaks, I will still give you a set of your choice for FREE. It's the very least I can do but I would love to motivate people to try a workout. The workout is nothing too terribly difficult but if you do it correctly you will find that it definitely hits hard. Please let me know, I would love to see people grow and better themselves! 💪
