Heat exhaustion Saturday *(annual 10mile Irreverent Warriors veterans silkie hike and four camel packs later).* Followed by another allergic reaction Monday evening. And the icing on the cake, still trying to recover my laptop. If my head wasn’t pounding so hard and made worse looking at screens I’d at least be more on top here. Just went to urgent care; one shot in the butt and picking up meds now. Be back as soon as I can I promise, and sincerely sorry again 🙇🏼♀️😭..
