Coming up next is an update on what I'm doing with this account after next week 😉 I've also had a hell of a week, this is the first chance I've had to sit at my laptop in days. Ya guuuurl found out a few days ago that she's pre-diabetic... 👎 Finally an explanation for why I'm SO tired after work each day, beyond the usual. So I've done a huge overhaul of my diet, sorting out more exercise, and hopefully I can reverse this and escape getting fully fledged type 2 diabetes 🤞 Alwayssss something going on in my little life.
